ROOF TOP
Roof tops by Apollo Teck GmbH come with a range of performance stretching from 30 up to 350kW for heating and cooling industrial and commercial buildings with the use of Scroll compressors, while they are manufactured as per the client’s demands.
The Roof Tops are manufactured using materials of the finest quality standards and special attention has been given to detail, making them credible and resilient against any operation condition.
One of the major advantages of Apollo Teck GmbH Roof Tops, is their low impact on the environment. Besides the substantial energy saving, they use the cooling agent R410A that does not damage the ozone layer, since it is devoid of chlorine atoms.
Roof Top KRSAY GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The frame is made of aluminum profiles, without the use of any screws that can protrude from it. The frame is mounted on a galvanized steel base, while the outer surface of the steel is painted with RAL 9002. The sealing of the frame is guaranteed by special long-life gaskets, ensuring that the plates remain perfectly gastight for a long time despite the pressure being generated during unit operation.
COMPRESSORS
The Scroll type compressors are equipped with a heater, overload protection and an oil control window. The compressors are mounted in rubber shock dampers.
CONDENSER (H-version evaporator)
The elements are made of copper and aluminum tube with fins, which are equipped with a protective grill.
AXIAL FANS
Manufactured with aerodynamically designed blades, they are directly coupled to a three-phase electric motor with an external rotor and are equipped with thermal contact.
REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
The refrigerant circuit includes: dryer, level indicator, thermostatic electronic valve and solenoid valve. To protect the refrigerant circuit, the following devices are installed: manual reset switch of the high pressure and switch of automatic reset of low pressure. In addition, where necessary, a pressure switch for manual reset and safety valve are fitted. At the heat pump unit (H) in the refrigeration circuit these have also been fitted: double thermostatic electronic valve, 4-way valve, non-return valve, solenoid valve and liquid indicator.
ELECTRICAL BOARD
The protection level of the electrical board is IP54. The board is equipped with: automatic switch, main fuse, compressor relay, auxiliary transformer circuit, manual air control of the unit. The board also has a microprocessor for automatic control of the unit and is complemented by an operating status display, as well as all alarm states.
